How long have you been in the Real Estate industry?
I've been in an active full time Realtor since February 16th, 2002.
What got you into Real Estate?
I got into real estate to control my schedule and because I'm good with people. I also talk nonsensically and that seems to go hand in hand with this industry ;-).
What is your favorite thing about your chosen career?
Being able to control my schedule, the technical nature of selling homes and getting fired up about being successful in a business that so few seem to understand.
What niche do you target?
Depends on the market opportunity at the time. Over specialization drives people out of the business when the market opportunity subsides and a new one emerges.\\\\nBlogging helps anyone take advantage of the market opportunity at any given time.
When you're not working you are...
Hanging with my family, playing golf, working out, fishing..reading..the usual stuff

Born in San Francisco and raised in Northern California.
What topics are you interested in learning more about?
Personal development, mental development, physical development
What are your current marketing strategies?
Currently engrossed in online marketing campaigns, craigslist, YouTube and then branching out into short sales this year as in my area, this is the next market opportunity.
