About Me:

Evan is a career sales manager, personal coach and trainer who holds Real Estate broker licenses in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Maine. He has made his mark by leveraging technology to extend and expedite industry contact with the consumer.Evan has dedicated his career to sharing lead management techniques and assisting business owners in development with the lead generation through personal contact, private coaching sessions and via educational seminar podcasts on iTunes and social media.

How long have you been in the Real Estate industry?

I have been a licensed agent since 2005, selling 8 homes in my first 90 days with a full service discount brokerage in New Jersey. Shortly thereafter, I was promoted to Listing Agent, and listed 44 homes in August of 2005. One year later, July 2006, I closed on a record 22 homes in one month. From there, I was moved to management and began my coaching career which lead me to New England. \\\\\\\\n

What got you into Real Estate?

The key reason I choose to obtain my real estate license was the ability to help people get what they want. Agents are empowered to assist in the process and to facility transactions go as smoothly as possible. We present opportunity to the prospective buyer and bring opportunity to the prospective seller.

What is your favorite thing about your chosen career?

Watching someone use one of my coaching tips to be successful, or using an email template I suggested to get the listing. Seeing the success of an agent that I coached or worked with is what I base my success on, is what gives me great satisfaction.

What niche do you target?

I have the ability to explain technology in a way that people grasp and understand. If they understand it, and can use it to bring their game to the next level, that is my closing table.

When you're not working you are...

When I am not working, I am thinking about how I can work smarter, how I can reach more people, how I can spread my message when I get back to work. I am also a father of twins. Meghan and Benjamin, Valentines Day babies, who are just over 2 years old. They are the most inspiring part in my life, along with their mother, my wife Kristen.

Where did you grow up?

I was born and raised in St Louis, Mo. I moved to Philadelphia for a brief period and graduated high school in a suburb of St. Louis. I then moved to Seattle, WA for several years, then returned to Philadelphia and later moved up to Boston, MA, where we now live and work.

What topics are you interested in learning more about?

I am always open to learning about new resources online. I use a Mac and a PC for that exact reason. I always want a new site to share with my team, clients,and friends that will help them get to the next level in their businesses.

What are your current marketing strategies?

My marketing strategies are very systematic and direct. Whether I am recruiting for my office or searching for coaching candidates, I have a direction and a clear message for a specific target.
